Day 1 (Feb 21) Ugo

First week at Crossroads

Time Spent: 3 hours 41 minuits

On the first week I went to Crossroads, my job there was to help the guys there lift furniture and help them move them into containers, It was not really hard it was quite fun, I also helped stack the palettes so that they could position them properly and then put heavy goods on them to put into containers. These goods were going to be shipped to Tanzania, the goods mostly contained furniture like: chairs & tables, as well as some game sets like a snooker table, air hockey table, etc and bicycles.

Second week at Crossroads

Time Spent: 4 hours

On the second week I went to Crossroads, my job there was to help a few other guys to open up boxes of clothes, sort them out into different boxes, then seal the boxes, then label them, then stack all of them on a palette and repeat these steps over and over again for 4 hours.
Here are the pictures we took:

This is me packing the clothes.

These are all the boxes we had to open then sort.

There are labelling the boxes of clothes
These clothes were separated into different boxes as you can see.

This is me sealing the deal.

Evaluation:
I thought that working at crossroads was quite an interesting experience, even though sometimes it would get really boring, as well as at the beginning I did not want to go to Crossroads at all, I thought that it was just a waste of my time and that I was doing it just for the group project, but after the first and second week working there, I think that I would work there in my free time sometimes.
