Day 1 (March 7) Natalie Wong

Kitchen:
On the first week I was assigned to work in the kitchen and help with prepping lunch. I also helped with making boxes for packing and shipping. I arrived at 11:00 am and the volunteer leader had placed me to put prepping lunch at first I was just chopping fruits and vegetable to pass the time. However later on after lunch I was assigned for a more challenging job which was looking into the trash for old boxes to fold and recycle.
